MODULAR WELLHEAD™ SYSTEMS (MW-I)
The Modular Wellhead™ System (MW-I) is a multi-stage system that caters for different casing programs and working pressure. With option of being two or three stages, MW-I comes in nominal sizes ranging from 10″ to 18-3/4″ and working pressure from 3,000 psi to 15,000 psi.
The Modular Wellhead™ System is easy to operate, safe and efficient. It is designed to conform to API6A and can be used both onshore and offshore, even under severe operating condition.

The Multipartite Modular Wellhead™ System (MMW-I) is designed for double or triple wellhead configuration, which can be used in the process of drilling, completion and production. MMW-I system can save up to 20% in cost of an individual well. On top of this, the system can reduce the size of the platform and increase the efficiency of producing oil.

STANDARD CONVENTIONAL WELLHEAD (SCW)
WEFIC® standard conventional wellhead system (SCW) is designed to provide flexibility and reliability for a wide range of surface applications. From low pressure wells to severe service and geothermal wells, SCW and Christmas Tree system suit any casing and tubing program to working pressure up to 20,000 psi. Designed to fully conformed to API 6A requirements, SCW is safe, robust and cost efficient.
Casing Hanger
SCW offers a wide range of sizes of slip style, wrap around automatic Slip Casing Hanger that is rated up to 10,000 psi working pressure. They can be used in Spools with or without lockscrews and will accommodate the full API tolerances range for casing OD. The easy and robust design ensures reliable and smooth installation. There are options for special sizes combination, and Mandrel Casing Hanger design, which are available upon request.

SCW Tubing Hanger are highly customized to meet customer’s requirement in all aspects including sizes, pressure rating, thread and BPV types, types of seals and portings for Electric Surface Penetrators (ESP), control lines, chemical lines and more. WEFIC® VALVE
WEFIC® offers a family of gate valves to meet the various needs of our customers. Designed to API 6A specifications, our gate valves are slab gate, full conduit typed has undergone an extensive testing program, including API 6A Appendix F qualification testing and API 6FA fire testing.
Both standard and customised configurations of stacked and solid block valves are available for use in Christmas Tree applications.
Solid block valves design provides a compact design and improved fire-resistant and enhanced safety with reduced potential leak paths. Whereas, the composite stacked tree design provides more flexibility in configuration and easy replacement.
All WEFIC® gate valves are available with a full range of actuators, chokes and controls providing a one stop source of supply.
